Strategic Self-improvement

.

Earnestness alone won’t do squat!
Folks, ya need a plan for WHEN the fit hits the shan…
because eventually…
it will!

What’s that ya say?
Having trouble identifying the precise emotion you’re experiencing, are ya?

No problem,
in that scenario, let’s pretend that there are only two kinds of emotions:
#1 fun, yummy emotions that we’ll call “Yum” and
#2 painful, yucky ones that we’ll call “Yuck.”

Simply bring your immediate experience of the “Yuck” into
the exercises found under the heading of the “Yoga of Awareness” on
pg. 38 of the FREE text {or Sadhana} “The Second Beginning Collection of Practices”.

The Wednesday series of weekly webinars begins NEXT week.

May you and yours be
happy and healthy!

Om Mani Padme Hum,

I would say that most things can be divided into yuck and yum. Feeling good is yum. Feeling bad is yuck or as a friend of mine called it-yucky. I guess that you can also cal yum, yummy.
