Many centuries ago, he was a great Indian monk, whom the Tibetan king begged to come to Tibet so that he could help with their Buddhist Renaissance.
They invited Atisha several times to come. But he didn’t… until green Tara {a female Buddha} encouraged him to.
What did he do in Tibet once he got there?
