Compassion’s Heart-bliss?


How can we enhance our feelings of compassion so we
can then bring them into Buddha’s path of
concentration? Simple, just use the exercises on
pages 16 and 17 of “The Quick Path to Happy
Peace

Once we have enhanced our experienced of compassion
to the point where we can allow our awareness to rest
upon it how can we bring it into the path of letting go?
Simply bring the compassion into the exercises found
on pages 18 and 19. This is the Sutric practice known
as the union of compassion and emptiness. But what
about Tantra?

What about the Tantric experience of the union of bliss
and openness? All we have to do is use our compassion
to access Heart-bliss. But how?

Do things to bring your subtle energy {or prana} into
your body’s central channel. If you aren’t causing your
subtle energy to gather in your body’s central channel,
when you meditate upon compassion, then you won’t
feel very much bliss. The more subtle energy you
are bringing into your body’s central channel, the
more your heart-center will be activated. The more
heart-center “activation” there is – the greater the
Heart-bliss you could feel. The exercise in “Harnessing
