Even though...
Even though winter is upon you,
I invite you to step OUTSIDE
and do at least 30 seconds of deep breathing
at the top of every waking hour.
On the IN-breath you could mentally recite:
"Om Mani Padme Hum"
and on the OUT-breath you could mentally recite:
"May all beings benefit!"
After three rounds you could
perform a subtle variation.
This time, during the IN-breath you could mentally recite:
"Om Mani Padme Hum"
and on the OUT-breath you could mentally recite:
"Completely Letting-go!"
And hey, if you could do it with bare feet,
upon bare earth, or at least upon concrete,
that would be even more empowering!
It sounds simple
but it could make a huge difference.
