Obsessive Compulseve Disorder

As I am neither a psychiatrist nor a psychologist,
I am legally UN-qualified to offer any advice
concerning obsessive compulsive disorders.

But there is nothing stopping me from sharing
my experiences overcoming
Frequent & Inconvenient Urges.





What are some of the frequent & inconvenient urges,
you could have?
Some are forever checking their
stove, front door or pockets.

It could be argued that Frequent & Inconvenient Urges
could be related to stress, fear, and
controlling tendencies.

By the blessings of the Buddha of Compassion AND
by the consistently observable reality of
Cause and Effect, enthusiastically applying the
following instructions could radically

liberate you from the tyranny of
Frequent & Inconvenient Urges.


#1 Don’t consume any caffeine,
#2 don’t consume any Sugar or sugar-substitutes,
#3 make Water your only beverage,





#4 follow the free nutritional guidance found at:

#5 Don’t consume any Blue-Green algae,
{stimulants are stimulants even if
we buy them at a health food store
}

#6 Get plenty of sleep, every night. Remember,
the highest quality of sleep is
that which occurs BEFORE midnight.





#7 Rather than indulge your Frequent and
Inconvenient Urge simply dialog with
the Buddha of Compassion to determine if
it is appropriate to do so, at that moment.





#8 Bring your Frequent & Inconvenient Urge into
Buddha's paths of Compassion, Love, Awareness and
the wisdom of Letting-go by
using the “Beginning Collection of Practices” that
you could download for FREE.

Clearly steps 7 and 8 require the guidance of a
FULLY qualified Buddhist Teacher.
