The Beauty that Surrounds Us

.

Effective meditation could
open wide your heart to
savor the beauty that
surrounds us every day.

The dance of a tree’s branches as
they sway in the breeze,
the sound of bird song as
it kisses your ears.

The warming ray of sunlight
on a cold day or
the relief of a cooling shadow
on a scorching day.

Contrary to popular belief, such
perceptions are not the contrivances of
a brain that seeks escape, but
the experience of a mind that
has been meditating correctly.

Regardless of how many books you’ve
read or how many years you’ve
sat, struggling to meditate; if
your life is less then blissful, then

find a new teacher;
one who is willing to work with you,
every week, one-on-one, either in person or
over the FREE internet telephone.
