Exercise is NOT for Weight Loss

.

Exercise is great for your physical and cardiovascular well-being
not to mention emotional and neurological wellbeing
but it is NOT the key to weight loss.

When we eat the foods that we were designed to eat,
the excess weight flies off
and our energy becomes so great that
we can’t help but work out.

That is exactly why I recommend a Paleolithic diet.
Hey, whether you are a meat eater or a vegan,
get off those starchy Neolithic foodstuffs
that spike your insulin and make you sick.

May you and yours be
happy and healthy!

Om Mani Padme Hum,

the essence of Love and Letting-go
