Though simplistic they may seem,
the techniques I teach in the
“Second Beginning Collection of Practices”
have a profoundly centering effect upon the
bodies subtle energies.
We all have energies,
sometimes they’re scattered
and other times their centered.
Look back at the most:
• resourceful,
• creative,
• insightful
moments of your life.
Those were times that your energies were spontaneously centered.
Do you want more experiences like that?
Who doesn’t?
Then do your spiritual homework, twice a day, every day.
“Now wait just a moment…” you might say,
“I don’t want merely contrived centeredness,
I want spontaneous centeredness!”
Great!
How ya going to do that?
Easy!
The more frequently you generate states of contrived centeredness,
the more often you will experience spontaneous centeredness.
Yes repetitive contrivance can give birth to
the spontaneous states you desire.
Have you done your first 9-minuet practice today?
May you and yours be
happy and healthy!
