Free Floating, Mystery Anger

.

Share

Yes, there are many causes of NON-specific or Free-floating anger,
such as:
• sleep depravation,
• fatigue,
• an excess of stimulants such as
nicotine, caffeine, spirulina, bee pollen,

coffee and cigarettes

sugar or sugar substitutes, with-drawl from them
{when you’re going cold turkey, for instance}
• or when something is compromising your immune system.

immune system

But sometimes {ya, you knew this was coming}
it’s simply due to unresolved issues in our
recent or distant past.

emotional issues

Rather than indulge the extremes of
suppressing our painful past or
the other extreme of hunting for {if not fabricating} past traumas
there is a third option.

False Memory Syndrome

When we are dealing with an emotion that either:
A – seems disproportional to it’s trigger or
B – that seems to have NO trigger at all…
when we’re bringing that painful emotion into
the exercises of Buddha’s Four Yogas ,
we can pay extra attention to the phrase
“…and it’s causes…”

Causality

That’s all it takes to adjust our intention and
create the cause to be free of our recent and distant traumas.

In time, your practice of the exercises:

IN-BREATH: “Noticing?
OUT-BREATH: “Letting-go!

As well as…

IN-BREATH: “This?
OUT-BREATH: “Free!

Could cause you to spontaneously recall memories that
you thought were lost.
That too will be grist for the mill
that could help you to further let go
of your sufferings and their causes.

let go
