Once you’ve memorized the verbal exercises
for Buddha’s four yogas
here is a fun breathing protocol to play with.
#1 during the IN-breath close your eyes
and draw your attention to your Philtral Dimple
as you mentally recite the exercise.
#2 during the Chanting of the mani,
open your eyes, and gaze down upon an image of Chenrezig,
the Buddha of Compassion
as you play with the intention to further relax
your body, mind and emotions.
Dharma practice could be:
• easy,
• fun and
• transformative.
