Auras

It has been said that every thing, being and phenomena is
surrounded and pervaded by subtle, electro-magnetic energy.

A foundational Buddhist teaching is that of causality, or
in other words, that everything effects
everything, indirectly, if not directly.

That being said, it
is not a far reach of the imagination to
consider how:
• our day,
• our conversations,
• our emotions and
• those of all the others with whom we interact could
effect our energy field.

Yep, some interactions could benefit our auras, and
other interactions could deplete or even poison them.

What are some of the simple things we could do to
comb out our auras, in addition to spiritual practice?

We could:
• walk barefoot on bare earth, or at least on concrete,
• take a shower first and last thing every day,
• we could go for a ride in a convertible with the top down, or
• we could enjoy a gentle; foot, hand, ear and scalp rub,
at the hands of a loved one.

What are some of the simple things you could implement to
make your life into an even greater work of art?
