Meditation and the Spiritual path - idea # 118
from your Buddhism expert
Meditative Gaze pt. 3
With the eye lids only half closed, one could focus one’s gaze in the general direction of one’s Nose-tip, Heart-center or the finger-tips of the hands that could be folded in the “prayer gesture” before the heart. When you try that during your next meditation session you could notice what effect it has upon your attention.
Tomorrow we’ll explore the Mahamudra of Bliss and Openness.

Sufferings Resources pt. 2
Meditation and the Spiritual path - idea # 114
from your Buddhism expert
Suffering’s Resource pt 2
What are some of the ways we could often dissipate, squander and waste suffering’s energy, that has the potential to actually further our progress upon Buddha’s paths of: love, peace, insight and happiness? Catharsis! “Getting something off our chest.” Going into story BEFORE we Harnesses the potential power {that is latent in every suffering} could be as self-defeating as choosing to masturbate before sex!
Tomorrow we’ll explore how to harness our sufferings.
